In Champagne, the harvest has always ended the same way. When the last grapes are picked, the work stops and the table fills up. We call it the cochelet.

This year's harvest has been exceptional in on our Grand Cru vineyards in Ambonnay. So we are bringing the cochelet to Amsterdam, in our own way.

On the afternoon of Sunday 18 October, join us on a secret rooftop in the city. The address stays between us: it will be sent to guests 48 hours before. 

Last year we opened our Rosé Extra Brut for the first time, with you, on a terrace in the sun. This time the colours change. Come dressed in the shades of autumn in Ambonnay: bronze, oak, earth and burgundy.

The afternoon opens with a welcome hour of our Grand Cru Brut and Rosé Extra Brut, included in your ticket, with fresh oysters and bites prepared by the chef to pair with both cuvées. Then come aerial dancers and DJs, and we will be there to guide you through it.
